New Patients
If you have an appointment at Sandhill Dental Center, please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to fill out forms. Bring insurance cards and a list of medications that you are currently taking. Co-payments need to be paid at time of service, and you are responsible for co-payments or deductible that will not be paid by your insurance policy.
We accept cash, personal checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Care Credit. We do not accept Medicaid or Medicare. We participate in most Dental PPO plans but we do not accept HMO’s or discount plans.
